Prediction League - Week 1 - Results

As we all know by now, Friday's opening match versus Eastern finished 1-0 with a solitary goal from Vadocz in the 70th Minute.  But, how many of you managed to predict the right score?

As you can see, everyone correctly predicted that Kitchee would win. However, most thought that it would be a much more resounding victory with the majority of readers predicting at least a 2 goal goal margin.  Only one reader, Bill Chan, got the score correct. 




In terms of first goal scorer. Most thought that Lucas would get off to a flying start and this probably should have been the case with the boy from Brazil missing a number of golden plated chances in the game. As it was, it was midfield powerhouse Krisztian Vadocz that broke the deadlock. Vadocz played a one-two with Alex, whose return pass was hit perhaps a little too hard into the chest of the Hungarian but the broke luckily into his path, leaving the fan's favourite to slip the ball past the oncoming Yapp Hung Fai.




Its too soon to place too emphasis on the league table but... Billy Chan takes an early lead with Keith and Angry Boundary Street hot on his coat tails.
